Speaker and Sponsor Terms & Agreement Submission Form

In this agreement “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Standout Stars, Inc. AKA Standout Stars Speakers Bureau and Toni Kaufman AKA Toni and Sheridan Wickens-Fogg AKA Sheridan or Standout Stars Inc and “You”, “Your”, “Yours” refer to the guest speaker of Week of Kindness and Gratitude Gift Giveaway and Summit AKA WOK and all owners of the Intellectual Property that the guest speaker will provide during the interview.

By submitting the information through this form as a Guest Speaker you agree with all terms and conditions below.

You are invited to attend one of the upcoming Standout Stars Week of Kindness and Gratitude Gift Give Away & Summit as a speaker/sponsor. Please read this document carefully! It contains your responsibilities as a speaker/sponsor, and our responsibilities as the host/organizer.

By confirming your attendance as the speaker/sponsor, you agree to comply with all the terms, agreements and responsibilities outlined in this document.

What is the Standout Stars Week of Kindness? Standout Stars Week of Kindness (aka WOK) is a multi-day event with 70+ speakers who will share their knowledge on their area of expertise. Each speaker is allotted 30 minutes for their presentation.  Sponsors speaking time will be based on sponsorship level agreement.

As a speaker or sponsor, you play an especially important role in shaping this event!  As a contributor you will have requirements and responsibilities pre-event, during the event, and post-event.

How does attendance/tickets work? All attendees can watch the Week of Kindness and Gratitude Gift Giveaway and Summit for free. After the free registration, they will be offered to upgrade to a VIP package. Attendees may upgrade to VIP tickets during the initial registration and will also be encouraged to upgrade during the event.

What is the technology used during the Summit? The platform used during the summit is Event Raptor.

How is this event promoted? Collectively with our speakers/sponsors, we are all responsible for marketing this event. You are required to promote this event through your mailing list and social media channels. We will provide you with three sample swipe copies and graphics for your promotional requirements, you may promote the event as many times as possible, but no less than three (3) times prior to the event. Don’t forget to put your affiliate link into your promotional materials so that you receive credit and receive payment for the VIP sale. All affiliate payments are made through PayPal. Optional: We also offer to conduct a 15-minute Facebook Live session to our speakers/sponsors as another opportunity for all parties to promote the WOK event and your presentation/interview.

Throughout the WOK event, we will be acknowledging Our sponsors, promotion of Our courses, VIP ticket upgrades and inviting people to apply to work with one of Our mentors at Standout Stars Speakers Bureau, or other companies of Our choice.

What is the format of your talk as a guest speaker/sponsor? You have the option to submit a 30-minute recording of your presentation, or you can sign up for a 30-minute live interview to be recorded.

Speaker/Sponsor Backstage Facebook Private Group. We encourage all speakers and sponsors to join the Standout Stars WOK and Gratitude Speakers, Sponsors & Team Backstage Group to stay current on all things WOK. Use this platform to collaborate, share ideas for contests and challenges for the WOK Attendee Facebook Page. This page can also be used to promote to other speakers and sponsors your upcoming programs and events. PLEASE NOTE: this page is ONLY for WOK Speakers, Sponsors, JV Partners, and WOK Staff. Speaker and Sponsor Contest. The event hosts conduct several contests for our speakers and sponsors – Top Talk Title Registrations, and Top Over All Registrations.

The top winners will receive the following prizes:

First place: Earn a spot as a featured Category Sponsorship in our next scheduled WOK event in June 2023 ($3500 value) + One 60-minute speaking slot as a sponsor of the next WOK Event, One Year Membership to the Standout Stars Founders Club ($1997 value) + A promotional mailing of your webinar, workshop, mastermind, or summit to our lists. + A complete list of all the attendees to the WOK Event. (Over 1000 emails valued at $5000)

Second and Third places:  Earn a spot as a General Sponsorship in our next scheduled WOK event in June 2023 ($2000 value) + One 45-minute speaking slot as a sponsor of the next WOK Event, + One Year Membership to the Standout Stars Founders Club ($1997 value) + A promotional mailing of your webinar, workshop, mastermind or summit to our lists.

Fourth and Fifth place: With at least 50 registered attendees you will receive the entry level membership into the Standout Stars Speakers Bureau ($997 value).

Facebook Attendee Page. The event hosts have created a special Facebook group for attendees of the Week of Kindness event, this is where attendees can participate in any contests, challenges and daily interactions from the speakers and sponsors. This is an excellent opportunity for speakers and sponsors to connect, build relationships and for the attendees to learn about you and your business and have fun at the same time. What offers can be made during the Week of Kindness?

You may:

  1. Offer a free gift such as a PDF, Checklist, Discovery Call, etc.
  2. Or sell a special program or offer please provide Standout Stars your affiliate link to the program/package that you are selling

How does the revenue share work?

As a speaker/sponsor you will receive a 30% affiliate fee per VIP ticket upgrade based on your sales through your affiliate link.

Please Note: Speakers/Sponsors will not receive an affiliate fee on the backroom sales of other speakers. By submitting this form, speakers/sponsors acknowledge that this is not a paid-to-speak event. Speakers/sponsors receive a 30% affiliate fee on VIP ticket upgrades only. You will receive your affiliate fee automatically 30 days after each purchase provided that you have connected our affiliate payment system to your PayPal account.

What are your responsibilities as Speaker/Sponsor?

  1. Completion and submission of the Week of Kindness and Gratitude Gift Give Away Speaker and Sponsor Agreement. Please Note: An incomplete submission of the agreement form will be cause for rejection. The speaker/sponsor may submit a newly completed speaker/sponsor agreement again for consideration.
  2. Registration to be completed in EventRaptor and click on the Sponsor Button. https://app.eventraptor.com/events/34505939558207488
  3. All fields in the event registration form on EventRaptor are required to be completed by November 5, 2022.
  4. If registered for a 30-minute recorded interview you are required to be ready 10 minutes prior to your scheduled interview time and committed to stay through the interview/completion of the interview.

  6. As a speaker/sponsor I acknowledge that I am required to promote the WOK event to all my social media channels and e-mail list. I may promote the event as many times as possible but no less than three (3) times prior to the event.
  7. As a speaker/sponsor I may offer a free gift such as a PDF, Checklist, Discovery Call, etc.
  8. As a speaker/sponsor I may offer a special program for WOK attendees to purchase. In accordance with the agreement, I will provide WOK their affiliate link to my program so that they will receive credit and payment for the promotional purchase. The promotional fee is 20% of the offer sold.
  9. In order to receive my affiliate payments on VIP Ticket Upgrades, I understand that I must register in the affiliate tracking tool (EventRaptor) and connect it to my PayPal account to receive payment. Affiliate payments are only processed via PayPal, please click here paypal.com to create your PayPal account. You will receive your affiliate fee automatically 30 days after each purchase provided that you have connected our affiliate payment system to your PayPal account.

What are our responsibilities as the organizer?

  1. We will provide all speakers/sponsors with promotional materials, swipe copies, affiliate links.
  2. As the event hosts, we agree to provide the event platform via EventRaptor
  3. We agree to promote the WOK event through all Our social media sites, email campaigns and to Our JV Partnership Affiliates.
  4. We agree to pay our registered affiliates an affiliate fee of 30% on all VIP ticket Upgrades via PayPal. You will receive your affiliate fee automatically 30 days after each purchase given that you have connected our affiliate payment system to your PayPal account.
  5. Upon completion of the summit, we will send 3 emails to all attendees of WOK promoting all the free gifts provided by the speakers and sponsors. The order of the gift list is based on the highest number of registered attendees.

As a Standout Stars Week of Kindness and Gratitude speaker/sponsor:

  1. You are giving Us permission for commercial and non-commercial use of all materials like audio, video, photos, and any still images of the recording of your interview, or of the recording that you provided. We reserve the right to use all of the above-mentioned materials to be used on our YouTube channel, Podcasts, TV channels, Standout Stars App and any social media platforms, blogs, books, bonuses, or part of our paid programs, or similar platforms. I further agree to allow Us to use your name, headshots, logos, and other materials that I provided, for promoting the event.
  2. If I require a copy of my recorded presentation I will submit a request via e-mail to eric@standoutstars.com I understand that no modifications may be made to the recordings, to include all WOK banners, logos and bumpers.
  3. Speakers that have submitted payment for the event or sponsorship and do not attend the WOK will forfeit their space and or money already paid.
  4. You agree to fully indemnify and hold Week of Kindness and Gratitude Gift Giveaway and Summit and Standout Stars Speakers Bureau Inc. and its agents, affiliates, team members, and staff harmless from your violations of any provisions or obligations under this agreement.
  5. By participating in the Week of Kindness and Gratitude Gift Giveaway and Summit you acknowledge that you have read this agreement in its entirety, and you agree with all terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.
